Major Christopher Nicolas Haworth-Booth, the Life Guards, who died 30 October, 2022, aged 82, was a scion of that landed gentry family, of Hullbank House, and later of Haworth Hall.
He was born 2 January, 1940, son of Nicolas Leonard Haworth-Booth (1913-1993), and his wife the former Margaret Honor Hamilton (died 2003); and married 12 December, 1973, Rosemary Celia Stewart Anderson, daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Peter Anderson, by whom he had issue, two sons, Rupert (born 26 Jan, 1977), and James (born 15 June, 1978).
