The engagement was announced 23 April, 2022, between William Grierson Vernon [born June 1990], scion of the Vernon baronets, son of [Richard] David Vernon [born 31 May, 1956], of Godalming, Surrey, and his wife the former Rosemary Nicola Myer [born circa 1960], and Sophie Keatley, daughter of the late Richard Keatley, and Sally Rogers, of Budleigh Salterton, co Devon.
