Clare Elizabeth Ward [nee Radcliffe, born 1986], wife of Charles Bernard Maxwell Ward [born 1986], scion of the Viscounts Bangor, gave birth to twin daughters, Isla Frances and Olivia Sarah, 16 January, 2022.
Charles is a son of Maxwell Colin Bernard Ward [born 1949] of Humble, East Lothian, by his wife the former Lady Sarah Marsham [born 1954], scion of the Earls of Romney.
Clare is a daughter of Julian G.Y. Radcliffe [born 1948], of Lower Stanway, Shropshire, by his wife the former Frances H. Thompson.
