Mills ]born 1984], elder on of [Giles Marshall] Hallam Mills, of Bisterne, Hampshire, and his wife the former Alison Cecila Spicer [born 16 November, 1955], scion of the Spicer baronets, and Rebecca Isabelle L. Hoffnung [born 1988], younger daughter of Mr Ben Hoffnung, of Gloucestershire, and Dr Martha Ladly.
