The engagement was announced 16 February, 2021, between Christopher Nicholas Fearon [born 1991], son of [William] Guy Rupert Fearon [born 1955], of Gasper, Wiltshire, and his wife the former Cristina Gabrielle Negretti [born 28 December, 1956], scion of that landed gentry family, & Kitty-Rose Rattle, daughter of Mr & Mrs James Rattle, of Cape Town, South Africa.
Christopher Fearon's grandfather, Peter Noel Negretti [1916-2010], married 27 Oct, 1951, Ann Caroline Eden [1923-2017], scion of the Eden baronets, and a niece of Anthony Eden, 1st Earl of Avon [1897-1977], prime minister 1955-57, &c.
