The life peerage recently awarded to the Rt Hon John Francis Spellar PC (born 5 Aug 1947) - Lately Member of Parliament for Warley and formerly Comptroller of the Household in the Whips’ Office, has been gazetted in the name, style and title of Baron Spellar, of Smethwick in the County of the West Mindlands.
Lord Spellar will be introduced to the House of Lords, 2 September, 2024.
