The engagement was announced 26 August, 2024, beteween Capt the Hon William Evelyn Cecil (born 7 July, 1996), the only son and heir of the 4th Baron Rockley (born born 29 July, 1961), of Lytchett Heath, Dorset, and his wife the former Katherine Jane Whalley (born 1962), & Tiffany C. Aldrich, eldest daughter of Dr Paul Aldrich (born 1964), and Mrs Tina Aldrich , of London.
