The engagement was announced 28 February, 2023, between Huw Charles Randall-Smith (born 1990), son of Mr Nicholas Randall-Smith, of Llandyssil, Powys, and his wife the former Jane Cockburn, and Catherine Elizabeth Dillon (born 1989), scion of the Viscounts Dillon, middle daughter of the Hon Michael Edmond Dillon (born 29 Oct, 1957), of Semley, Dorset, and his wife the former Henrietta Catherine Elwell.
The bride-to-be is a granddaughter paternally of the 20th Viscount Dillon (1911-1979).
