The Hon (Leslie) Bruce Hacking, who died 31 January, 2023, aged 82, was a scion of the Barons Hacking (Peerage of the UK, cr 1938), born 16 June, 1940, second son of the 2nd Baron Hacking (1910-1971), and his wife the former Daphne Violet Finnis (who died 21 June, 1998); and married 23 Sept, 1967, the Hon Fiona Margaret Noel-Paton, daughter of the life peer, the Baron Ferrier, by whom he had issue, a son, Matthew (born 1969), and a daughter, Joanna (born 1972).
The Hon Bruce Hacking was a page of honour to the Duke of Portland at the 1953 Coronation.
