The engagement was announced 8 September, 2022, between Giles Dilwyn Morgan [born 1971], and Mrs Penelope Jane Chetwynd-Talbot [born 1972], former wife of Nicholas John Chetwynd-Talbot (born 1971), a scion of the Earls of Shrewsbury & Talbot, daughter of [George] Michael Toulmin [born 1943], of Thorp Arch Hall, near Wetherby, and his wife the former Sandra J Rawkins.
