The engagement was announced 23 October, 2021, between Archibald Clive Kelly [born 3 January, 1992], eldest son of Major James Richard Kelly, of Oathlaw, co Angus, and his former wife Susannah Maria Scott [born 2 Oct, 1963], now of Empshott, Hampshire, scion of the Scott baronets, & Katherine Elizabeth Wright, only daughter of Mr & Mrs Thomas Wright, of Hook Norton, Oxfordshire.
