_.Capt John Lewis Round-Turner, RN, who died 17 May, 2021, aged 87, was a scion of the Round landed gentry family, of Birch Hall, Colchester, Essex.
He was born 3 May, 1934, the second son of Charles Douglas Round-Turner, of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and his wife the former Barbara Maxwell Bond, and married in 1960, Irene M. Gregory, by whom he had issue.
