_. Jonathan Reade Godwin-Austen, who died 25 December, 2020, from cancer, aged 58, was a scion of the Godwin-Austens of Pirbright Manor.
He was born in 1962, son of Dr Richard Godwin-Austen [1935-2017], of Papplewick, co Notts, and his first wife the former Jennifer Jane Himely [1937-96]; and married 1stly, in 1996, Mary Catherine Drummond Cavender [born 1961], daughter of David Alan Cavender, of The Manor House, Dowlish Wake, Somerset, by his wife the former Jennifer Catherine Luke; married 2ndly, Francesca, daughter of Mr & Mrs Karl Creasy, of Ely. He is survived by his wife and leaves three children from his first marriage, Henry [born 1997] and Annie [born 2000], and George [born 2003].
