_. The life peerage awarded to former Labour MP Kate Hoey has been gazetted in the name, style and title of Baroness Hoey, of Lylehill and Rathlin in the County of Antrim, 14 September, 2020.
Catharine Letitia Hoey, Baroness Hoey (born 21 June 1946) is a Northern Irish politician who served as the Labour Member of Parliament for Vauxhall from 1989 until 2019 when she did not stand for re-election and publicly supported Boris Johnson's Conservative Party and the DUP.
She was elevated to the House of Lords in July 2020 by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
