Maximilian Roos is a grandson of Lord Martin Fitzalan Howard [1922-2003], by his wife the former Bridget Anne Keppel [1925-2011], scion of the Earls of Albemarle.
Lord Martin was a younger brother of the 17th Duke of Norfolk.
