The Hon Jean Winch, who died 5 June, 2019, aged 90, was a scion of the Viscounts Falkland; born 29 Aug, 1928, as the Hon Jean Rosemary Vera Cary, second daughter of the 14th Viscount Falkland [1905-84], by his first wife the former Joan Sylvia Southey [1908-2000]; married 14 Dec, 1950, Capt Henry Herman Evelyn Montagu Winch [who died 1987]; No issue.
