Edward Duncan Smith is son of the Rt Hon Iain Duncan Smith, MP, PC [born 1954], former Leader of the Conservative Party, by his wife the former Hon Elizabeth Fremantle [born 1959], daughter of the 5th Baron Cottesloe [1927-2018].
