The engagement was announced 9 September 2005 between Mr Vincent Anandraj, son of the late Mr Vincent Jothiraj and Mrs Mary Jothiraj, of Singapore, & Victoria Louise Henniker [b. 1976], elder daughter of Sir Adrian Chandos Henniker, 9th Baronet, of Llwyndu Court, Abergavenny, Gwent, by his wife, the former Ann Britton.
