Roseanne Madeline Foster died 7 February, 2026. She was 78.
She was born 16 September, 1947, daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Neil Phipps Foster, DL (1912-1993), and his wife the former Rosemary Lucia Drummond (1919-1988), scion of the Viscounts Strathallan (later Earls of Perth). She was unmarried.
