The Hon Samuel Packer is a son of Sir Richard John Packer, KCB [born 18 August, 1944], of London, and Chilmark, Wiltshire, and his wife the life peer the Baroness Neville-Rolfe, DBE, CMG [born 2 January, 1953].
Emma Packer is a daughter of Mr & Mrs Michael Thede, of St Charles, Missouri, United States.
