The Hon Brian Timothy Wellesley, who died at Reno, Nevada, 10 February, 2026, aged 87, was a scion of the Earls Cowley.
He was born 28 February, 1938, son of the 4th Earl Cowley (1890-1962), and his second wife the former Mary Elsie May, and was a half-brother of Dennis, 5th Earl Cowley (1921-68), uncle of Richard, the 6th Earl (1946-75), brother of Garret, the 7th Earl (1934-2016), and uncle of Garret, the 8th Eearl (born 1965).
He married firstly, in June, 1961 (div. 1964), Patricia Pearl Tribbey, of Phoenix, Arizona; he married 2ndly, 9 April, 1966 (div 1980), Karen Elizabeth Bradbury, and married 3rdly, 4 June, 1988, Katherine Samaniengo, of Rincon, New Mexico.
He is survived by his Wife Katherine; and sons Mark Martinez; Aaron Wellesley, and his Grandchildren, Abigail, Makayla, Joseph, Kya and Kiana.
