The Rev. (Richard Robert) Bindon Plowman died 26 February, 2025, aged 86.
He was born in 1938, son of Robert Gillbee Plowman (1911-1995), and his wife the former Ruth Wynn Dutton (1913-2014): and married 25 June, 1977, Robina Ann Wyldbore-Smith (born 3 October, 1943), scion of the Smith-Marriott baronets, elder daughter of John Henry Wyldbore-Smith (1916-1982), and his wife the former Robina Ward (1917-1993); by whom he had issue, a son, Andrew John Napier Plowman (b 11 Jan, 1979, d. 8 July, 1989), and a daughter, Felicity Frances Robina (b 1980).
