The Hon Pauline Maud Matarasso, who died 15 November, 2023, aged 94, was a scion of the Barons Sanderson of Ayot.
She was born 12 February, 1929, daughter of the 1st Baron Sanderson of Ayot (1894-1971), and his wife the former Evelyn Constance Ismay (1897-1940); and married 24 July, 1952, Robert Henri Matarasso (who died in 1982), son of Dr I. Matarasso, of Athens, by whom she had issue, three sons, Pascale (b 1955), Antoine (b 1957), Francois (b 1958), and a daughter, Véronique (b 1964).
