Dr the Hon Pamela Epps, who died at Edinburgh, 26 October, 2023, aged 96, was a scion of the Barons Moncreiff.
Pamela Anne Monceiff was born in 1927, fourth daughter of the 4th Baron Moncreiff (1872-1942), and his wife the former Lucy Vida Anderson (who died 2 Dec, 1973); and married 1stly 24 September, 1951 (div 1973), Edward James White, son of Henry Thomas White, of Edinburgh; married 2ndly, in 1979, Ernest Frederick Epps, and leaves issue from her first marriage.
She was a sister of the 5th Baron Moncreiff (1915-2002), and an aunt of the 6th Baron (born 22 March, 1954).
