The engagement was announced 28 October, 2022, between Thomas Edward Christopher Stanley (born 1983), scion of the Earls of Derby, son of Christopher Geoffrey Awdrey Stanley (born 18 March, 1949), of Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, and his wife the former Anita Jane Keogh, & Lucy Camilla Crosthwaite [born 1984], daughter of Mr Richard (Dick) Crosthwaite, of Buxted, and Mrs Julia Crosthwaite [nee Austen], of Rotherfield, East Sussex.
