Patricia Anne Chaffey (nee Egerton-Warburton), died 12 June, 2022, aged 98.
She was born 6 November, 1923, scion of the Egerton baronets, daughter of Horace Grey Egerton-Warburton (1891-1956), and his second wife the former Vera Lake; married 29 January, 1946, Major William Adolphus Chaffey (who died in 1987), son of Maj Frank Augustus Chaffey, by whom she had issue, a son, David (born 13 Oct 1957), and two daughters, Mary (b 25 Nov 1946), and Elizabeth (b 3 Oct, 1949).
