_. The engagement was announced 14 November, 2020,. between Johan Collet, son of Mr & Mrs Harald Collet, of Jays Farm, West Sussex, & Harriet Kate Isabel Harford [born 1987], daughter of the late Philip Hugh Harford [1946-2018], and his wife the former Willa Franklin, of Horton, Gloucestershire.
Harriet Harford is a descendant of the Leveson-Gower Earls Gower [later represented by the Dukes of Sutherland]. Her great-grandfather, Hugh Wyndham Luttrell Harford was a brother of Louise Emily Harford [1864-1945], who, in 1895, married as her second husband, the 9th Duke of Beaufort [1847-1924].
