The engagement was announced 28 September, 2019, between Oliver Turner, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Turner, of Bushey Heath, Herts, and Camilla Alice Louise Jessel [born 1991], scion of the Jessel baronets, daughter of Mr Alastair John Jessel [born 1959], of Pembury, Kent, by his former wife the former Gail Alexandra Partridge [now Mrs Peter Hall, of Marden, Kent].
Camilla Jessel is a granddaughter of Sir Charles Jessel, 3rd Baronet.
