Samuel Charteris [born 1991], scion of the Earls of Wemyss and March, son of Mr Martin Ian Charteris [born 1960], of Harare, Zimbabwe, by his wife the former Dr Helen Heath, and Rose Susanna Russell [born 1992], scion of the Barons Ampthill, daughter of the Hon John Hugo Trenchard Russell [born 1950] , of Dorset, and Mrs Susanna Russell [nee Merriam], of London.
