Lovett/Palmer-Tomkinson engagement
__.The engagement was announced 18 August, 2014, between Thomas A. Lovett, son of Mr & Mrs Neil Lovett, of North Leigh, Oxfordshire, & Jessica Clare Palmer-Tomkinson (born 1985), scion of that landed family, and descended from Smiths of Midhurst {& thus a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II}, younger daughter of Mr Jeremy James Palmer-Tomkinson (b 4 Nov, 1943), of Great Shoddesden, Hampshire, by his wife the former Clare Jemima Leveson (b 1948).
