The marriage has taken place in West Sussex, between Capt David Michael Blakeley (b 14 May, 1978), son of Mr Michael Blakeley, by his wife the former Jean Jenkins, & Jodie Elizabeth Kidd (born 25 Sept, 1978), descended from the Barons Beaverbrook (Baron UK, cr 1917), former wife of Aidan Butler, and younger daughter of John Edward Aitken Kidd (born 12 Dec, 1944), by his wife the former Wendy Madeleine Hodge (b 1941) (descended from the Hodge baronets, Bt, UK, cr 1921).

Jodie Kidd's elder sister is the Countess of Mornington, a future Duchess of Wellington.
