Manning, of Herefordshire, and Isabel Sevilla Wilhelmina Agnew of Lochnaw, scion of the Agnew of Lochnaw Baronets (Bt, Nova Scotia, cr 1629), eldest daughter of Sir Crispin Hamlyn Agnew of Lochnaw, 11th Baronet (b 13 May, 1944), of Edinburgh, by his wife, the former Susan Rachel Strang Steel (b 1952), scion of the Steel of Philiphaugh Baronets (Bt, cr UK, 1938), dau of Jock Wykeham Strang Steel (1914-91) by his wife the former Lesley Graham (b 1921- ), scion of the Graham Baronets (Bt, cr UK, 1906). -=-
