The engagement was announced 18 August, 2005, between Major Justin N.J Kingsford, The King's Royal Hussars, youngest son of Mr & Mrs Nicholas Kingsford, of West Wittering, West Sussex, and Holly Linnell Havers (b. 1978), daughter of the Hon. Philip Havers, QC (b. 1950), by his wife, the former Patricia Frances Searle.
Holly Havers is a granddaughter of the late Baron Havers, PC, QC, sometime Lord Chancelor, a life peer, who died in 1992. She's a niece of the actor, Nigel Havers.
