Gervase Michael Buxton, who died 10 August, 2026, aged 87, was a scion of the Buxton baronets.
He was born 2 January, 1939, the eldest son of Michael Auriol Buxton (1914-1990), and his wife Elizabeth Edith Millicent Elwes (1916-2003), scion of that landed gentry family; & married 2 March, 1965, Susan Margaret McKenzie, daughter of (Kenneth) Malcolm McKenzie, of Hans Place, London, by whom he had two sons, Matthew (born 28 Sept, 1967), and Jocelyn (born 1972), and two daughters, Lucy (born 23 Aug, 1966), and Caragh (born 1969).
