The engagement was announced 6 June, 2026, between Felix Nicholas Bungay (born 12 August, 1990), elder son of the late Dr Stephen Francis Bungay (1954-2026), historian and author, and his former wife the Hon Atalanta Armstrong Beaumont (born 1961), & Jemima S. Atkins, daughter of Mr & Mrs John Atkins, of Pulborough, West Sussex.
Felix Bungay is a grandson of the late Baron Beaumont of Whitley 1928-2008, who was a scion of the Barons (later Viscounts) Allendale.
