Lydia Alice Charlotte Barley (nee Ashby, born 2 July, 1989), wife of Max John Roden Barley (born 1989), gave birth to a son, Otto Philip, 27 April, 2025.
Max Barley is the eldest son of Michael Desmond Tennyson Barley (born 1944), of Melbourn, Cambridgeshire, and his wife the former Richenda Mary Buxton (born 14 January, 1953), scion of the Buxton baronets.
Lydia Barley is a daughter of Philip Stephen Ashby (born 1949), of Bishops Down, Dorset, and his wife the former Favell Margaret Bevan (born 1954), scion of that landed gentry family.
