Rosalind Mary Chetwynd-Talbot (née Bilney), died 24 December, 2023, aged 91.
She was born in 1932, at Bicester, daughter of Air Vice-Marshal Christopher Neil Hope Bilney, CB, CBE (1898-1988), and his wife the former Nellie Garner Perren (1896-1983); and married 29 January, 1955, Christopher Patrick Chetwynd-Talbot (1922-2011), scion of the Earls Talbot, son of Gilbert Patrick Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot (1886-1958), and his wife the former Alice Alethea Moller, by whom she had issue, a son, Patrick (born 12 Jan, 1958), and a daughter, Harriet (born 23 Dec, 1959).
