Charlotte Capel Cure (nee Craigie), wife of Edward Capel Cure, scion of that LG family of Blake Hall, Ongar, gave birth to a daughter, Émilie Caroline, 20 April, 2023.
Charlotte is the only daughter of Mr and Mrs Ian Craigie, of Killarden, Dunboyne, Co Meath. Edward Capel Cure is the youngest son of the late George Ronald Capel-Cure, of Blake Hall, Ongar, Essex, who died 28 Oct, 2006, aged 70, by his 1st wife, Caroline (d. 1986), daughter of Giles Yarnton Mills.
Edward's grandfather was (George) Nigel Capel Cure, TD, JP, DL, (b. 28 Sept, 1908; died 8 August, 2004) ( descended from Thomas Cure, of Southwark, Surrey, saddler to King Edward VI, Queen Mary I, and Queen Elizabeth I, who was granted arms in 1588), by his wife Nancy Elizabeth Barry (1910-2006), scion of the Barry Baronets (cr. 1899).
