The engagement was announced 25 November, 2022, between Joshua Andrew Rowley (born 1989), son and heir of the Sir Richard Charles Rowley, 8th & 9th Baronet (born 14 August, 1959), and his former wife Elizabeth Alison Bellingham (born 1956), scion of the Bellingham baronets, and Silvia Positano, daughter of Dr Alberto Positano and Lucia Coppi Postiano.
