Angela Jean St John Willis Fleming died 10 November, 2022. She was 90.
She was the former Angela Jean St John Webb-Carter, daughter of Brigadier Brian Wolesley Webb-Carter, DSO & Bar, OBE (1901-81), and his 1st wife the former Mollie St John Hickman (later Beattie) (1905-43) and was a half-sister of Maj-Gen Sir Evelyn Webb-Carter, KCVO, OBE, DL (b 30 January, 1946).
She married 8 June, 1955, John Valentine Willis Fleming (1925-2009), scion of that landed gentry family, second son of Brigadier John Browne Phillimore Willis Fleming, CBE (1895-1967), and his wife the former Eirene Charrington (1901-87), scion of that landed gentry family, by whom she had issue.
