April Eileen Strang Steel [nee Studd] died 4 August, 2022. She was a kinswoman of the Studd baronets.
She was born in 1949, a daughter of Aubrey Fairfax Studd [1914-2003], and his wife the former Katharine Elpseth Harrison-Wallace, she married 24 October, 1970, Colin Brodie Strang Steel [born 2 June, 1945], scion of the Steel baronets, a younger son of Sir Fiennes William Strang Steel, 2nd Baronet [1912-92], and his wife the former Joan Ella Brodie Henderson [1916-1982], by whom she had issue, three sons, James [b 1973], Alistair [b 1975], and Peter [born 1977].
