_. The Hon Mrs Caroline Sarah Aline Mieczkowska, who has died aged 86, was a scion of the Barons Grenfell.
She was born 28 July, 1933, daughter of the 2nd Baron Grenfell, CBE [1905-1976], by his first wife the former Elizabeth Sarah Polk Shaughnessy, scion of the Barons Shaughnessy, and descended from the American Polk family.
She married 26 July, 1965, Zbigniew Mieczkowski, son of Stefan Mieczkowski, by whom she had issue.
The funeral will take place on Monday, 20 January, 2020 at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Henley-On-Thames.
