The engagement has been announced between Mark Douglas Noel Agnew, younger of Lochnaw [born 1991], only son and heir of Maj Sir Crispin Agnew of Lochnaw, 11th Baronet [born 1944], of Edinburgh, by his wife the former Susan Rachel Strang Steel [born 1952], & Sophie Rebecca Forsyth [born 1991], daughter Mr Stuart Forsyth and Mrs Anne Forsyth, of East Lothian.
