The marriage took place 20 July, 2019, in London, between Christian Edward Elwes, scion of that landed family, son of the late Edgar Augustine Elwes and Mrs Elwes, of Canada and Mexico, and Margaret Marie Elizabeth Felicia Hood [born 26 March, 1965], scion of the Hood baronets, daughter of Sir Harold Hood, 2nd Baronet [1916-2005], by his wife the former Hon Ferelith Florence Rosemary Kenworthy [1918-2003], daughter of the 10th Baron Strabolgi.
