The engagement was announced 21 August, 2018, between the Hon Felix John Gummer (born 1981) younger son of the Baron Deben, PC (born 1939), life peer, of Winston, Suffolk, by his wife the former Penelope Jane Gardner, & Clementine Mary Vaughan (born 1982), scion of that landed family, daughter of Richard Herbert Vaughan (born 1948), of Goodrich, Herefordshire, & Mrs Susan Vaughan, of Glewstone, Herefordshire (nee Susan Kania).
