_.Mary Edith (Edie) Fitzherbert-Brockholes, who died 27 December, 2012, was the widow of Capt Michael John Fitzherbert-Brockholes (b 12 Jun 1920 - d.   ), head of that landed family, of Claughton Hall, near Garstang, Lancashire; she was the former Mary Edith O'Hara Moore, daughter of Capt Charles Joseph Henry O'Hara Moore, CVO, MC, Irish Guards, of Mooresfort, Co Tipperary, of that Irish landed family, and married Capt Fitzherbert-Brockholes, 28 Sept, 1950. She was mother of four sons, Francis, Antony, Simon and William. A funeral Mass takes place at Claughton-on-Brock, 7 Jan 2013.
