The Hon. Annabel Butler [nee Heseltine], wife of Peter Butler, and daughter of the Baron and Baroness Heseltine, gave birth to a son, Montgomery Michael Caradoc Heseltine, 1 March, 2006, a brother for twins Mungo and Isabella, b. 22 Aug 2002, and for Rafferty, who was b. 23 Dec, 2003.
