Matthew Joseph Maxwell Scott, died 5 July, 2026. He was 49, and a scion of the Maxwell Scott baronets.
He was born 27 August, 1976, a younger son of Sir Michael Fergus Constable Maxwell Scott, 13th Baronet (1921-1989), and his wife the former Deirdre Moira McKechnie.
He was a younger brother of Sir Dominic James Maxwell Scott, 14th Baronet (born 22 July, 1968).
He married in 2010, Melanie Louise Greenall (born 1979), daughter of Alan Greenall (1958-1992) and his wife the former Sharon Tuke, by whom he had issue, two sons. The elder son, Charles Joseph Maxwell Scott (born 2 December, 2011), is now heir presumptive to his uncle Sir Dominic, who is the father of two daughters.
