Rose Susanna Charteris (born 1992), scion of the Barons Ampthill, and wife of Michael John Samuel Charteris (born 27 July, 1990), scion of the Earls of Wemyss & March, gave birth to a son, Robert Peter Philip, 30 May, 2026, a brother for Frederick Martin Johnnie, who was born 10 November, 2023.
Rose is a daughter of the Hon John Hugo Trenchard Russell [born 13 October, 1950] , of Dorset, and Mrs Susanna Russell [nee Merriam], of London; and Michael is a son of Mr Martin Ian Charteris [born 31 May, 1960], of Harare, Zimbabwe, by his wife the former Dr Helen Heath.
