Charlotte Elisabeth Grace Chappel (born 2026)

 Cecily Victoria Clarissa Chappel (nee Chambers), wife of William Peter Arthur Hedley Chappel (born Aug. 1981), gave birth to a daughter, Charlotte Elisabeth Grace, 15 June, 2026, a sister for Arthur Frederick D. Chappel, and Leopold Hedley L. Chappel.

William Chappel is a son of Peter F. Chappel (born 1952), and his wife the former Amanda Jane E. Plowden-Wardlaw (born 1954), descended from the Plowden landed gentry family and the Barons Rayleigh.
